When will I receive my order?

Many of our cushions are carefully made to order for you in our studio. View the production time per product via the Delivery & Returns button.

How do I return my order?
  • Step 1: Register your return via your customer account.
  • Step 2: You will receive a return label from us via email.
  • Step 3: Pack your decorative cushion(s) in the original packaging.
  • Step 4: After receipt, have your return label scanned and printed within 5 working days at a manned PostNL service point (You don't have to print it yourself).

Please note: Packages cannot be returned via self-scan drop-off points, parcel lockers, and other unmanned service locations.

  • Step 5: Cover the old shipping label so that the address is no longer visible, drop off your package, and keep your proof of shipment.
How do I log in to my customer account?

Log in here with the email address you used when placing your order. You will then receive a verification code in your mailbox that you can use to log into your customer account.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. We ship with PostNL.
